Our office is familiar with the available services and facilities in our area. We are Dementia Friends. A Dementia Friend is one who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of people living with dementia through increased awareness and support. Small changes can support those people living with dementia to remain included, accepted, and connected to their family and community. We are a local check-out point for Caregiver Kits which furnish helpful information and activities for persons living with dementia and their caregivers.
