A guardianship is designed to protect a person or estate of a person who is incapacitated under the law, whether due to infirmity, illness, special needs or one who has not reached the age of majority. We aid in obtaining letters of guardianship, temporary or permanent, and provide continuing support and assistance to guardians to meet their legal obligations in regard to Court reports and biennial accountings.
Adoptions are a happy event where a child gains a new family! We are pleased to help with private adoptions, adult adoptions, and adoptions through the Department of Child Services.
